More than anything, I blog for myself. Blogging is, in a way, my form of journaling. When I read back on my posts, I can remember what was going on in my life, where I was at on my health journey, and some of the things that I might have been going through.
I believe that health is not only how you eat or how active you are, but also how you speak, how you think, and how you act. Health is mind, body, and spirit. So this blog, in a way, helps me not only reflect on my dietary habits, but also my daily habits. Was I kind today? Was I compassionate today? Did I help, or did I hurt, the world today? These are the important questions. It is important that your mind and spirit are in the right place.
So if you would like to follow my journey, I invite you graciously. But if you'd rather not, that's cool too. You may move along without any hard feelings. But if you do choose to stay, welcome. Thank you for being here. (Also don't judge my old cringey posts ok).
