Right when you wake up today, hold a plank for as long as you can. Try to go for 1 or 2 minutes if you're feeling good. And of course, do the same thing this evening. This is only 2-4 minutes out of your day, so I hope you participate! Check in every Monday for a different "Mini-Challenge". It'll be one exercise to complete that day, and it would be AWESOME if you did the exercise everyday until the next challenge! These will always be equipment-free, simple work out moves. Especially if you don't already workout, definitely do these, it'll help you ease into it so you don't overwork yourself then end up hating fitness. Fitness shouldn't be a chore! Happy Monday :) I have a quick "challenge" for you, but it's actually really simple! When you're brushing your teeth this morning, do 50 squats. Repeat this when you brush your teeth tonight. And there you go, you just snuck 100 squats without putting any time away for it. Just remember to have proper form: sit back as if you're sitting in a chair, engage those buns of steel and don't let your knees go past your toes.
