Happy Monday :) I have a quick "challenge" for you, but it's actually really simple! When you're brushing your teeth this morning, do 50 squats. Repeat this when you brush your teeth tonight. And there you go, you just snuck 100 squats without putting any time away for it. Just remember to have proper form: sit back as if you're sitting in a chair, engage those buns of steel and don't let your knees go past your toes.
