If you're reluctant to take a chance on your smoothie, here's the one I threw together this morning! It tasted delicious so I thought I'd share. (No vegetables either, if you're not too keen on that). Here's the recipe:
Presh Pineapple Smoothie
lots of frozen pineapple!
a few frozen peach slices
A few frozen strawberries
Chia seeds ---> I just pour some straight from the bag on top
Then blend it together and enjoy the heavenly taste! Make sure when you're making your smoothie to put enough liquids in, if not the blender might over-heat from working too hard! If you suspect it might, just stop it, stir it around, add some liquid, and blend, blend, blend! It should be fine after that, and if you feel like it needs a little something more, you always add that in after as well.
